Eating Healthy

Eating Healthy If you are like me, you consider yourself a foodie and follow every organic food group on Facebook.  There is so much information going around the web about what is good for you, and what isn’t, you can drive yourself crazy trying to decide what to have for lunch.  One day this berry is the super food of all super foods and will make you live to 150, and the next day a new story comes out and says it will damage your liver, shut down your kidneys and cause your children to have three arms.  Eat meat, […]

How do I choose between Reflexology, Reiki, or Shamanism?

How do I choose between Reflexology, Reiki, or Shamanism? I get asked this question occasionally, and I can see how it can be confusing.  All three practices are a form of energy work, and each are holistic in that they heal the body, mind and spirit.  But the first question to ask is why are you seeking holistic healing?  Are you stressed out?  Do you have a medical condition and seek alternative healing?  Do you have some deep-seated depression or anger issues you need to resolve?  Or are you just looking to take care of yourself, and maybe enjoy some […]

Life has been good since I left the office.  I’m living the life I was meant to […]
